AUDAC ARCHI8X

AUDAC ARCHI8X

AUDAC expands its ARCHI series with the new ARCHI8X, a compact architectural infra subwoofer that combines the visual DNA of the former NOBA series with the acoustic performance approach of the ARCHI series. Built with Marine Grade materials for fully unprotected outdoor use, the ARCHI8X maintains the same architectural focus as the rest of the family while adding significantly improved low frequency capabilities.

The ARCHI8X is designed for high end hospitality environments, premium residential projects and commercial spaces where low frequency reinforcement must be present without visual dominance. Its Marine Grade build quality allows seamless placement in outdoor environments such as terraces and coastal locations, while its compact and discreet appearance ensures minimal visual impact. The ARCHI10X remains the choice for applications requiring maximum output, while the ARCHI8X focuses on elegance and controlled performance.

With a 500-watt program power, the ARCHI8X delivers powerful and controlled bass output from a compact enclosure. Its custom developed 8“ high-excursion driver with full aluminium cone is paired with an opposing passive radiator, also featuring an aluminium diaphragm. The sealed cabinet design without a bass port improves low frequency control and contributes to more contained energy dispersion, helping to avoid unwanted overspill into neighbouring spaces. Combined with its infra sub capabilities, the ARCHI8X extends significantly lower than the former NOBA8 while maintaining a discreet physical presence.

The enclosure and mounting system are designed for architectural integration. The cabinet is mechanically decoupled from mounting surfaces using vibration isolating materials, significantly reducing structure borne noise. Installation is performed via a dedicated wall or ceiling mounting system, ensuring consistent performance and visual integration.

Available in black and white, the ARCHI8X delivers low frequency extension down to 36 Hz without processing.
