Bosch DICENTIS Multimedia

Real collaboration in hybrid meetings is more than sound, it’s expressions, visuals, and shared understanding. At the ISE 2026 show taking place in Barcelona from 3-6 February, Bosch Conference Solutions unveils the next-generation of its market-leading flagship model DICENTIS Multimedia device. Engineered for high impact meetings demanding audio visual excellence, the new device delivers crisp visuals, premium audio and advanced interaction features. Building on the proven reliability and trusted security of the DICENTIS devices based on Android, system integrators and IT teams have a future-proof, scalable solution at hand that is tailored to the evolving demands of modern conferences and hybrid meetings, from small boardrooms to large parliaments.
“The new generation of the DICENTIS Multimedia device provides a more engaging, immersive experience for meeting participants,” says Lars van den Heuvel, Vice President Bosch Conference Solutions at Keenfinity Group’s Audio Business. ”Its refined aesthetic integrates the proven premium audio performance of DICENTIS with visual excellence, providing system integrators and IT teams with a future-proof, secure and inclusive multimedia solution.”
The new DICENTIS Multimedia device addresses modern conferencing needs with two innovative versions: The Full-function version features a 10-inch high-resolution touchscreen with an adjustable viewing angle, ensuring optimal clarity and readability for every participant. It unites premium audio and visual performance in a single, elegant unit and is ideal for spaces where integrated design is essential. For environments where flexibility is key, the version with docking station offers a distinctive bring-your-own-device (BYOD) approach. This solution allows participants to use their preferred screen size by connecting off-the-shelf tablets running the DICENTIS Participant App, enabling a personalized experience without compromising functionality. Both solutions support video streaming, presentation sharing, and interactive documents.
While many organizations rely on traditional stem microphones for reliable audio performance, these can distract from the meeting environment and limit natural speaker movement. In addition to offering a high quality stem microphone, the DICENTIS Multimedia device also captures voices more naturally and with minimal visual impact: the integrated microphone array, powered by advanced AI algorithms, creates a virtual stem microphone. The result is enhanced audio clarity while allowing speakers to move and gesture freely.
To avoid interruptions, the DICENTIS Multimedia devices offer built-in redundancy to safeguard critical functions. Participants can request to speak and cast votes via both the hardware controls on the base and the touchscreen interface. Microphone redundancy ensures that if the stem microphone fails, the integrated microphone array takes over seamlessly. For docking variants, quick tablet replacement keeps meetings on track. And with cable redundancy available for both versions, connectivity remains secure and uninterrupted.
Intuitive features remove barriers and foster a truly inclusive meeting experience. Visually impaired participants benefit from haptic feedback for tactile confirmation, braille markings for easy orientation, color-coded icons for simplified navigation, and audible beeps during voting for added reassurance. Support for hearing-impaired participants is equally seamless thanks to through third-party subtitle integration.
The DICENTIS Multimedia device delivers a future-proof investment for conference environments designed to reduce total cost of ownership while keeping ahead of evolving needs. Built on standard Android, it supports regular updates for optimal performance. End-to-end encryption and ongoing security updates ensure privacy, reliability, and compliance. Its open architecture allows third-party or custom app integration, enabling adoption of supporting tools such as Document Management Systems.
The new solution will be officialy launched at ISE 2026, Hall 3, Stand 3B300, and is expected to be ready to ship in Q2 2026.
