TENNAX enlarges product range with Powerstick-6
German Pro Audio loudspeaker manufacturer TENNAX Audiotechnik Deutschland celebrated its successful debut in May 2021. Today, TENNAX introduces the latest development to its product repertoire. The TENNAX Powerstick-6 is a compact, powerful and versatile professional 2-way speaker system for mobile sound reinforcement applications and installation. The passive column format speaker can be used as a full-range system or in combination with VENTUS high-power single 12”,15” or 18” subwoofers.
The Powerstick-6 is equipped with 4 x 6,5 inch low frequency transducers and a high power 1 inch voice coil HF compression driver coupled with an asymmetric rotatable horn. Due to its excellent coverage and vertical pattern control, highest sound quality and speech intelligibility, even in difficult acoustic spaces, is guaranteed.
Like the other TENNAX family members, the Powerstick-6 is made of high-quality birch multiplex, CNC milled, grooved, waterproof glued, screwed and coated with weather resistant Polyurea. It also offers various M10 thread points, swivel brackets, wall and mast brackets as well as a Safety Point for a Single Stud for easy setup.
“Due to the slim design, the Powerstick-6 is very inconspicuous for its performance class and integrates discreetly into any environment”, says Stefan Rast, CEO TENNAX Audiotechnik. “The elegantly curved grille and the slightly trapezoidal housing, without interrupting the side line with handles, underline the elegant appearance. The Powerstick-6 has powerful low-mids and sounds very natural and finely resolved and meets the highest demands.”
A first installation has already been successfully completed in the Gilde Festhalle in Bassum (Germany). After an impressive presentation the customer decided on the installation of 2x Powerstick-6, 2x Ventus-18 subwoofer, 2x Flexi-8 delay and 1x Voice-Acoustic HDSP-6A amplifier.
