ABTT 2019 saw the theatre debut of HALO-B, the new medium format line array. Consisting of four 1-inch compression drivers on a patent-pending HF manifold flanked by two high power 8-inch LF drive units, HALO-B is a two-way bi-amped design benefiting from the same continuity of voicing preserved across the HALO family, enabling HALO-B’s use as a companion system to either the large format HALO-A, or compact HALO-C systems. HALO-B is matched with the ST-215 flown dual 15-inch subwoofer and packaged with Dante-enabled DQ Series amplifiers.

"It's been a fantastic show for us," says Sales and Marketing Director David Kelland, "With many new products to show including the award-winning ultra-compact EMS-41 and the latest EMS Series addition – the passive 10-inch two-way EMS-101X – our larger stand has been really busy over the two days, and we'd like to extend a big thank you to all those who came to visit us.

"We've had a lot of interest from the live sound sector in the new HALO-B line array, and expect to make some significant announcements in that area in the coming weeks. We've also had an incredibly positive response to the preview of our new upcoming Reference Series of point source loudspeakers which we'll be launching at PLASA in September."
